2x Latin Grammy award winning producer, songwriter, entrepreneur and artist.
Dav has been producing and writing for 10+ years with some of the top writers and producers in the game. Some of the artists he has worked with: Juan Luis Guerra, Sebastián Yatra, Alejandro Sanz, Manuel Turizo, Marc Anthony, Sech, Rauw Alejandro, Paulina Rubio, Ricky Martin, J Quiles, Ricardo Montaner, Camilo y Evaluna and many more.
Signed to Universal Publishing in 2014, and in 2019 he co-founded QSJ publishing, a company focused in developing songwriters by identifying up and coming talent and the right opportunities in the industry. As of today, many of QSJ’s writers are already achieving major placements with well stablished artists.
Dav is also the Co-founder of JOY. JOY is state of the art recording studios, art gallery, and event space but most importantly a community where conscious creators collaborate to bring JOY to the world through music, art, film and education.
As an artist, Dav was first signed to Atlantic Records. He formed a rock band with his brother called New Republic when they were teenagers. New Republic toured the country for a few years until they both decided to focus on their producer career. After becoming successful producers, under the name XAXO him & his brother signed to Aftercluv Universal and released and EP with this label in 2021.
Dav is a singer, and multi- instrumentalist, with the ability to create music, produce, write lyrics, but most importantly: he has the talent of LEADING people, drive teams, and deliver first class products.
Dav is a voting member of the recording academy & a BMI affiliate.
